Hydraulic DSH-4000

The DSH-4000 is engineered for optimal performance in lagoon dredging and industrial pumping applications. This advanced dredge sled comes equipped with a 4-inch high chrome EDDY Pump, powered by a robust hydraulic motor, and is capable of processing solids up to 3.5 inches in diameter. It efficiently handles materials with 40-70% solids content, offering flow rates ranging from 250 to 1200 GPM, and achieves head ranges up to 160 feet.

Designed for high-solids industrial pumping, the system includes a floating dredge, a 300-foot traversing cable, a solar panel charging system for the lifting winch battery, remote-controlled lifting winches, and a gas generator for the land-based traversing winch. The Dredge Sled outperforms traditional centrifugal, vortex, and positive displacement pumps, even in the harshest conditions, making it a reliable solution for a wide range of applications.

The Dredge Sled is ideal for applications such as mining, lagoon dredging, sand and aggregate operations, shallow industrial ponds, dams, and the removal of fly ash and coal ash. It excels in handling sludge, slurry, bio-sludge, mine tailings, minerals, and sand mixtures with high viscosity, specific gravity, abrasiveness, and low pH, showcasing its versatility and durability.
